Sport Court
An outdoor fenced in court with modular floor that is lined for tennis, pickle ball and half court basketball, with sports net that can be raised for volleyball or badminton.
Beach/Patio
Lakeside has a large sand beach, with both a large slide for the adventurous and a small slide for the young ones. At the 8’ x 26’ dock are both a john boat and paddle boat. The 10 acre lake is stocked with bass, blue gill and catfish. There are a few fishing poles available for guests, with assorted rafts/noodles and flotation devices.
A multi-level exposed aggregate patio has 2 adult picnic tables, 1 children’s picnic table, built in charcoal barbecue pit on the upper level and and wet bar/fish cleaning station on the lower level.
Wood Burning Bonfire Pit
In the backyard is a 18’ diameter sitting area that has a 5’ wood burning fire pit in the middle.
Game Room
On the upper level off the dining room is the “game” room; table and chairs for playing the provided games or a wicker furniture area for relaxing and taking in the view from the large picture window.
Upper Level Bedrooms (3)
The upstairs master suite is the largest accommodations with California King bed, two walk-in closets and private bathroom.
The “Lion” bedroom has queen bed, one large window and double mirrored closet.
The “Butterfly” bedroom has twin beds, two large windows and double mirrored closet.
Kitchen

Lower Level Bedrooms (2)
The master “Antique” suite with queen adjustable bed, double mirrored closet and private bathroom with tub.
The “Family” bedroom has one queen and three twins with connecting bathroom with walk-in shower.
Lower Level Pool Room/Bar
The lower level has a regulation pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator.
Lower Level Family Room
A 55” flat screen TV is located in the lower level family room. There is internet streaming with Roku stick. There is a Wii system that comes with various games.
Equipment Room
The lower level has an equipment room that houses everything you would need for outside activities. From fishing poles to life jackets/rafts to outdoor games, like washers and bocce ball and all sports court supplies (assorted rackets and balls).
